FAQ

I make every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible. In stock items will ship within 2 business days. Custom or items requiring alteration will take a bit longer. I will make every effort to communicate timelines to you via email.

All items ship from Kitchener, ON via Canada Post and will include a tracking number. Domestic shipments are sent via Expidited Parcel, and take between 1-7 business days depending on location. US shipments are sent via Tracked Packet USA, and take between 4-7 business days. International shipments are sent via Tracked Packet International, and take between 6-10 business days.

Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and duties and are the responsiblity of the customer.

If you require your item quicker, please contact me to arrange express shipping, additional costs are the customers responsibility.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, unworn and in original condition. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

On the rare event there is an item needing repair/replacement due to a defect in workmanship, the item will be repaired and returned at no cost to you. Repairs from misuse are subject to fees.

I gladly accept custom orders.

Timelines for custom pieces vary and will be discussed before a deposit is taken.

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Balance is due before shipping.

Custom orders are NOT refundable/returnable. Defective items excluded.
